I was promised that Jimmy would cover the cost of what the warranty didn’t cover.
The warranty had covered the cost of those problems.On June 26th we brought the car to the Ford Dealership for the last time to be worked on because there was three recalls and a control arm that was bad. ( I had to MAKE budget cover the cost of the tow truck) At this point I’ve made about two months worth of payments on a car I’ve drove maybe one week. So we had to have our car towed to ANOTHER shop. After we got the car back the problem still persisted. They made it seem like the ford fusion was the only option they could sell me, even though their slogan is “no credit is bad credit”Well not even a week into having it I had to put my car in the shop because it had a hesitation when switching gears.During that time they replaced the whole transmission.My car stayed in the shop for about a month because Budget had bad communication with the warranty, I had to continuously call and stay on top of them for them to do THEIR job.When we got my car back from the first shop my radio screen had been broken somehow, mind you this isn’t even a week into having the car. On March 20th I purchased a 2016 ford fusion from Ramone.
